getting the Cowboy players to dress better on the flights is a good thing (well he must or he wouldn't be making them).
I don't know, to me it seems like faux discipline. Come on, ensuring Miles Austin and Jason Witten wear ties on the flight to road games and back will not ensure they don't drop balls that become interceptions. Mike Jenkins will not get fewer pass interference calls. Keith Brooking will not get to the QB on blitzes etc
Oh I understand why the Boy Wonder is doing this (to try and get the team on the same page, return professionalism etc) but I prefer substance to this style.
Raise your hands if you like wearing a tie on a plane. Flying is annoying at the best of times, putting a tie on to do so makes it almost unbearable.
As for the line that you should dress for success, ask former 49er hear coach Mike Nolan (Mr. I want to wear a suit on the sideline) how that worked for him. It's 2010, not 1910.
