Count Jr's bday party is today

His birthday isn't for two weeks but today is Count Jr's bday party.

I cannot believe he will be seven in two weeks.  I can still remember getting the call to rush back to the hospital as the Contessa was about to give birth.  Hospital staff told me she wouldn't be giving birth that night so Contessa told me to go home and take care of our dog, walk him etc.  No sooner had I finished his walk than the phone was ringing to get back.

I can still see him being born, holding him for the first time.  Damn I was scared, so afraid I would drop him, then he opened his eyes and looked at me. 

Now he's almost seven, with his own personality (stubborn as a mule just like his Irish mother the Contessa) but I wouldn't trade him for anything.

His party is a hockey based party today, where he and his little friends will be playing video games, table top hockey etc.  As there are only 11 there, they need an extra player so the Count will have to sacrifice himself and play.  I know the little guys will kick my asssssssss ;)
