Ah, Queen Amidala has won a Golden Globe for her role in Black Swan a psychosexual thriller which sees Natalie Portman descend to the debts of psychosis while playing the part of the White and Black Swan in Swan Lake.
Personally, I concur completely with the win, especially for one particularly memorable scene between Mila Kunis and her ;) How Mila didn't win Best Supporting Actress I will never know.
All kidding aside, Natalie Portman is an excellent actress and whil she will always be Queen/Senator Amidala to me as well as Luke and Leia's mom, she has developed her skills tremendously. Good to see her hard work being recognized.
