I will be taking portable pepto bismol, Tums and other antacids out to Port Coquitlam on Monday morning as Count Jr gets his turn in net for his team. I prefer to watch him skate and be a forward but he has not had his turn in net yet so he stepped up to help the team.
I am sure I will be yelling to get it out of the zone the second the puck crosses the blue line, will cheer every save, bemoan all goals against. However, the biggest challenge will be getting that equipment on him ;)
Count Jr had a good practice yesterday and one can only hope that he will carry that through to the game on Monday morning. Come Tuesday night in the second game of his tournament, he will be back out at forward trying to score to help bring his team to victory.
