Will he play or won't he?

Only time will tell I guess but I still cannot figure out why coaches in Montreal will not accept flamboyance, panache or anything outside the system.

We saw it with Dauterive a few years ago.  We traded for Kovalev and Dauterive put him on the fourth line to "learn the system".

We are seeing it again with Subban.  He makes mistakes, he tries to do too much, he isn't a drone like Picard and worst of all, players on the other teams don't like him because he didn't take crap from them, OMG.  We better sit him down.

Now we have see him lose confidence and enthusiasm all in the goal of him well learning the system.
