Canadiens lose tough one in Detroit

As usual, when you are the Montreal Canadiens, the next game is always the test, unless of course, you win then the next game is test.

I'm not a typical Canadiens fan though, to me we have already passed more than enough tests so the fact we lost tonight does not mean anything.  That is especially the case when we played the Red Wings pretty even except for the 6-1 power play difference.

Goals by Moen and Pouliot kept us in the game but the Red Wings scored with one second to go in the 1st on a 5 on 3, went ahead 2-1 then after Kostistyn missed a wide open net, went ahead 3-1.

Price was stellar again, especially while shorthanded.

Gomez was out of the lineup.

Tomorrow we take on the Leafs in Toronto in Canada's first 3D hockey game.
