Which European destination should be my next?

As most of you know, last year, we went to Italy and we all enjoyed it, especially Count Jr. who loved the Collosseum etc.

Of course even though we haven't even had Christmas yet, we are starting to think about next year's holiday.  Contessa is already talking about France (my bank account is already begging for mercy), or Ireland.  It's been 9 years since we were in France and it would be cool for Count Jr to use his french over there (and of course there is EuroDisney to cover my Disney withdrawal-it's been almost 1.5 years since we were in Walt Disney World in Florida).

Ireland would be nice but I live with a stubborn Irish lass and a stubborn half-Irish son so who knows if I could handle being around 3.5 million Irishmen/women.  Count Jr and I are also Protestants whereas Contessa is a Roman Catholic.  With my luck, I will wear orange in Catholic areas and green in Protestant areas and be lucky to get home alive. 

England would be good as long as I get to spend time in the bookstores on Charing Cross Road.

Then again, maybe I can talk Contessa into Florida again ;)
