If you recall, a couple of days ago, Countess was reassessed with the claim being she did not include $1,100.00 in taxable income on her 2009 ITR. Well, on further review, she did include it, just not in the right box even though it is clear on the return, she included it as "other income".
Instead of CRA just saying ok, sorry, you are right, she now has to go through the Appeal process and waste time to change the reassessment.
She will win but still has to go through the process.
