File this in the "they must be dumb" file

Just was at Central City food court for lunch (chose Subway for those who care) and as I was leaving, I saw some guys fixing an old minivan.  Look like it had a flat tire and some other issues.

Now correct me if I am wrong, but there is usually oil and grease on the undercarriage of a car, so you would be smart to keep an open flame away n'est ce pas?

Well these guys had an open candle burning underneath the car.  Guess they needed to see and didn't have a light but hell man, Zellers is maybe 200m away and I am sure you could get a flashlight there.

Anyway, I had a good laugh then realize, my car was only two spots away so if their's blew up, so would mine so I quickly drove away.

I wonder what Work Safe BC would say if a real mechanic put a candle under a car?
