Paris-St Germain had a decent season. They have won Coupe de France in 2006 and 2010 and the Coupe de la Ligue in 2008 but no league title since 1994. They are the only team in Paris which is rare for Europe. In France all roads lead to Paris (literally) so there is no reason PSG cannot be on top other than atrocious management.
Hopefully they keep it up and this year changes their run of futility in the league.
