Just got back from the gym, had a decent workout, getting those quads, hammies, gluts and calves in shape.
I must say though, it was far easier NOT to work out, NOT to care about how much I ate. It is easier to be out of shape, no ifs ands or buts about it.
I just don't feel like dropping dead before I'm 50, after all I have to see my son score for the Habs ;)
I thought you worked out at home - what club do you belong to?
